Troezan Population Reaches Four Citizens
The population of the Principality of Troezan has reached four persons with the admission of David Wade and James Nelson as the newest Citizens. All of Troezan's citizenry currently holds positions in government, George Nelson being Chancellor of the Principality and Minister of Foreign Affairs, David Wade being Minister of the Interior, and James Nelson being Minister of Culture.

The Prince has expressed plans to temporarily suspend the Constitution, making the nation a direct democracy until parliamentary elections may be held.

Troezan Joins the Microna Project
MILLSAPS COLLEGE - His Serene Highness the Prince has just finalized plans to join the City of Microna Corporation, in league with the Republic of Veshault and several other nations for the purchase and foundation of a united micronational city in the Nevada dessert.

"It is a great opportunity for small nations everywhere," commented the Prince, "to assert themselves to the rest of the world. Even the smallest bit of sovereign territory can come in handy in the long run, and Troezan has every intention of taking full advantage of it."

Microna was established in the year 2001 for the same purpose, with the nations of Veshault, TorHavn, and briefly Tarsicia compacting to purchase 40 acres of land in the general area of the current proposed location. It fell through, however, in 2002 due to lack of interest among the remaining investors.

The proposed area of Troezan's sovereign territory will be 100x100 sq. ft. Plans are being drawn up as to what might be built on the property.

The price for this plot of land in question would cost the Principality between 30-50 USD per month.

PRINCIPALITY OF TROEZAN DECLARED
MILLSAPS COLLEGE - In an unprecedented move, Head of State Peter Luckett decided today to forego his former plan of getting a number of citizens in order to establish a government system and declared today the Principality of Troezan, with himself as Prince-Sovereign.

The Declaration of Sovereignty, which was signed today, can be read here: Declaration of Sovereignty

The newly-adopted Organic Law can be read here: Organic Law of the Principality

Currently, Troezan has two citizens: the Prince himself and a newcomer named George Nelson.

Nation of Troezan Declared; Citizens Sought to Build National Infrastructure
MILLSAPS COLLEGE, Jackson, MS - Peter Graef Luckett, former Head of State of the now-defunct micronation Tarsicia and currently active citizen and noble of the Empire of Toaka, has declared the founding of the Provisional State of Troezan, declaring himself provisional Head of State.

"I haven't designed a system of government yet," said Luckett, "because I want there to be input from citizens as to what it should be. I've learned my lesson from Tarsicia about trying to do everything yourself, and I don't intend to make the same mistake again."

Citizens are currently being sought. According to Luckett, when the population reaches five, an interim Governing Council will be established and a constitutional convention will be held in which all citizens will take part.
